Registration Information
The registration fee for 4IWSC is $300 and space
is limited. This fee
covers
proceedings,
lunches, refreshments, and the banquet dinner. The fee can
be paid by
credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or by Wire Transfer. During the
registration process you will be asked to state whether you wish to
make a brief (5 minute) presentation during one of the Working Group
Sessions. Note: It is not required to make a brief
presentation, in fact given the emphasis on "working" in these
sessions, the time for presentations will be limited.
* Please note, that if you did not receive an invitation letter, your
registration can not be guaranteed at this time due to facility space
limitations. However, if you complete the registration form you will be
contacted on April 1st, and your registration will be confirmed if
space permits. We will do our very best to try to accomodate everyone.

The deadline for the NSF Sponsored partial
travel grants for students has passed (March 31st). The early
registration deadline has also passed.
Accomodations
Dormitory Housing
Dormitory-style housing will be available for the workshop on the
Columbia University campus. All rooms are air-conditioned. Rooms
in Carmen ($80/night) share their bathroom with another room in a suite
configuration. Rooms in Furnald ($50/night) have a shared bathroom on

Hotels
A block of hotel accomodations will also be reserved at three New York
hotels. Room rates are approximately $110-$175 per night. These hotels
are within a 10-15 minute taxi or subway ride to Columbia University's
