Professor John Taylor Receives NSF Grant

Assistant Professor John Taylor has been awarded a National Science Foundation Grant in the Human and Social Dynamics priority area.The three year project is entitled "Intercultural Knowledge System Dynamics in Complex Services Outsourcing" and involves co-principal investigators Professor Sirkka Jarvenpaa and Professor Elizabeth Keating of the University of Texas at Austin.
The globalization of complex engineering services is a component of a much broader trend in the globalization of services which has far reaching impacts on work practices, workforce, economy, and society.
