Length of paper: 6 pages (Keynote papers, 12 pages)
The Conference will limit the
number of presentation to one per
person. Only registered papers will be accepted for publication.
Thus, please be sure of
participation before submitting a paper for review
Indicate the title, abstract #, and technical sessions (first and second preferences) related to the paper.
Submit the paper together with the signed copy of copyright release form to biot@civil.columbia.edu by November 30, 2008.
All papers will be strictly reviewed. The accepted papers will make a final submission by December 31, 2008.
