Joan McDowell

As Associate Director of Human Resources for SEAS, Joan helps attract and retain top talent. Some of her responsibilities include aiding in talent development, managing the annual performance evaluation process,  and assisting with employee and labor relations within SEAS. She also is heavily involved in all aspects of data analysis and salary administration.
