Emily manages career placement for both the mechanical engineering department and the civil engineering and engineering mechanics department. She works closely with students to provide a specialized approach to professional development while also leading industry outreach to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with companies who would like to engage with civil and mechanical engineering students.
Emily has worked in higher education for more than 10 years, spending the majority of that time focusing on career development and industry relations. Her passion for creative innovation, additional work experience within the design and hospitality industries, and her vocation to counsel and motivate others, blend seamlessly into her role connecting rising engineers to fantastic companies and opportunities.
